GREEN TEAS (Mild Stimulant * Small amount of Caffeine) Many studies have shown that people who drink green tea have significantly lower risk of cancer. Green Tea polyphenols are potent antioxidants, especially in the brain. Some studies show that the polyphenols most prevalent in green tea, the catechins, are far more potent in suppressing free radicals than vitamins C or E.

This tea a slightly fermented green tea scented with jasmine flowers.

Jasmine Pearl Tea– Wonderful fragrant pearls crafted from Chinese green tea and fresh jasmine blossoms.

Keemun– Light to medium bodied with a fine and aromatic flavor and palate of a rich brown color.

Peach Green– Green Oolong Tea flavored with Peach.

Pur Er Tea

from Yunnan Province in China and is a traditional folk remedy for obesity. It strengthens digestion and disperses food stagnation from overeating. Also good for nausea, vomiting and excess phlegm.

Green Rooibos Peach

This is one of our favorite rooibos teas with golden safflowers and peach chunks! This “raw” Rooibos has a tropical green color as it is picked at an earlier age and is not allowed to oxidize because the leaves are rolled and continually moistened, similar to green tea from the camellia sinsensis plant. Because Green Rooibos is less fermented and less oxidized, it adds even more substantial health benefits to this delicious peach-infused delight.

My Blue Heaven

Power Pau d Arco

This is a great tea for treatment or prevention of virtually any health problem. Pau D’ Arco comes from the Amazon rainforest and is used in South America as an immune booster. Our Pau D’ Arco is even stronger than most, as it is picked at very high elevation. This tea comes from the bark of the purple Lapacho tree and has a naturally sweet end note.

Yerba Mate Green

A n excellent energy booster for those trying to reduce caffeine. It shares many of the same vitamins and minerals found in green teas.

Bulk Tea Preparation:

Black teas; water boiling point (203 F) Infuse 5-7 minutes

Green Teas: water temp (158-185 F) Infuse 3-4 minutes

White, Herbal and Mates: (158 –185 F) Infuse 3-6 minutes
