Weekday (Mon-Thurs)

Slot 1--Morning Rates (9:30-noon)

Mon-Thurs $50 Booking Fee

 

Slot 2--Afternoon Rates (12:30-3:00pm)

Mon-Thurs $35 Booking Fee

 

Slot 3--Afternoon Rates (3:30-6:00pm)

Mon-Thurs $35 Booking Fee

 

Slot 4-Evening Rates (6:30pm– 9pm)

Mon-Thurs $50 Booking fee

 

$25 Non –refundable  fee for potluck & parties!

We specialize in small to medium size intimate gatherings and events. Parking is limited especially during the weekday/daytime so we try to limit events to 30-40 participants

$50 an hour

Full Day (8 hours): $300

2-Day Workshop: $500

(Teahouse is closed during the weekends  and  opened per renter upon request)

Office #1 & #3 = 90 sq ft-$550 mo

Office #2 & #4 = 109 sq ft-$600 mo

 

Teahouse hours: Mon-Thurs: Noon –6pm
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: Only for events*

Booking Your Event

· Once you have picked an available time/date,

· Call or email us!

· Pay the booking fee in person, phone,  mail or paypal  and

· Verify or confirmed by voice or email;

· Confirm it  has been listed correctly (the right date and time, etc.) Confirmation is your responsibility.

· You’re Booked and ready to start your advertising and promotion campaign!

The Rest of The Story

 

Let us know:

If you want the teahouse open before you start and if you plan on giving breaks and would like us to be open for tea and snacks, please let us know ASAP.

 

Then:

· send Media kit or promotional info; blurbs and pictures if necessary.

· Immediately go to the Events Page and add your event. It will take 24 to 48 to get approval and for it to show up. If it doesn’t show up in 48 hours then call  or email us. Make sure everything is correct.

· Send or bring at least 10 flyers if you would like to have them displayed.

· We do have a large and medium size white board with pens and a projector screen. Projector Screen rental is a one-time rental $25 free. If you need anything else please ask us when you book your event.

· If you need a projector or microphones or need streaming video contact Rey Serna with Absolute Digital Media at Rey@Absolutedigi.com or 206-768-9828 as soon as you realize you need them. He can deliver and pick up.

· Let us know 24/48 before your event, how many people you expect. You are responsible for set-up. Please come in 30 minutes before your event.

 

Day of the Event

PARKING: Parking is limited. (A) You and any of your staff, please park on the south side of the building by the garbage cans. (B) Tell your people not to park at the DA Burns parking lot or next to their building especially Mon-Sat during the day. Evenings are okay. There is street parking on 16th on the weekends and evenings. (C) Overflow parking behind  Applebees parking lot. There is a bus stop in front of Applebees on Bellevue-Redmond road for riders.

Please come in at least 30 minutes/1 hour before your event starts to take care of financials, receive closing instruction form if it’s an evening event and to set up chairs. Most people show up 30 minutes early. Coming in after your audience is unprofessional. (If you need to come in the day before to set-up, check with Evie (206-354-9422 to see if that is possible)

If you want the teahouse open before you start and if you plan on giving breaks and would like us open for tea and snacks, please let us know when you book the event or we can provide a pot of tea to have available.

You are responsible to clean up after your event which includes sweeping and cleaning spills, throwing garbage away  and putting the chairs away. If you are coming in the next day, check with us to see if you can leave the chairs and equipment up.
